Return & Refund Policy

Effective: May 1, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Designer Label, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier. To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions or that is returned outside of the specified return window. 
  2. Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Certain items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These include, but are not limited to, limited edition or exclusive release items, discounted or sale items, gift cards, and any products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. All such sales are considered final.
  3. Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted solely for size variations of the same product and are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable at the time of processing, we may, at our sole discretion, issue store credit in place of an exchange.
  4. Refunds: Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for processing once the returned item has been received. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
  5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend that all returns be shipped using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or undelivered in transit.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery. To initiate a claim, you must contact us at info@thedesignerlabel.us and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
  7. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@thedesignerlabel.us. If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback that does not comply with the terms of this policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the revised policy has been published on our website.
