This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Designer Label, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during product launches, restocks, promotional periods, or high order volume. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure that delivery arrangements are made if required by the carrier.
- Incorrect Address Disclaimer: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information, including address details, is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
- Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, you must contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. However, we will do our best to assist you where possible.
- International Shipping (if applicable): For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- Pre-Orders and Limited Drops: For pre-order or limited release items, estimated shipping dates will be clearly communicated on the product page. These dates are estimates and may be subject to change. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays in fulfillment.
- Shipping Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published on our website.
